My first two hats are finished! The same pattern (Jacques Cousteau), but once on 4mm needles, knit up to the inspection, once complete on 3 needles (as did but I struck 160 mesh, since the pattern specifies a total number of stitches divisible by 4 and 5 to be).
The smaller needle size is more suitable for the yarn, the Szrickbild is more even and the stitch density.
